A stylish detached self contained Bed and Breakfast with Self Catering accommodation within the courtyard of a Victorian town house in central uphill Lincoln, with free off-road parking. Easily located, just five minutes walk away from the historic quarter of Lincoln including Steep Hill voted Britan's best place 2011 by the Academy of Urbanism. The accommodation, which is on ground level, is furnished to a high standard and comprises of a lovely, large, centrally heated room, comfortable King sized bed, fully equipped fitted Kitchen with fridge, Hob, En-suite with Power Shower. Equipment includes: Flat screen TV, DVD player with DVD selection, Clock radio, iPod 4 docking station, Hairdryer, Ironing board and iron. Free Wifi with dedicated router. Quality towels and bed linen provided. Non smoking internally but there is also a nice patio area for guest's use with table and chairs. Check in is between 4pm and 9pm, check in is available outside of these hours by prior arrangement. We ask that you check-out by 10am Monday to Friday, 11am check-out Saturday and Sunday. Self service continental breakfast is provided with fresh milk and assorted cereals, bread, butter, fruit preserves, fruit juice, croissants, yoghurt and teacoffee making facilities. For those wishing to dine out, there are over a dozen excellent restaurants catering for all tastes within a 10 minute walk, also nearby: Museum of Lincolnshire life, The collection, Ellis Mill, plus all amenities: laundrette, off licence, post office, pharmacy, butchers, bakers, general stores, gift shops and boutiques, antique shops and art galleries, hairdressers, florists, award winning fish and chip shop, takeaways and deli.Local attractions: being centrally located you can walk to the following within 5 to 10 minutes:Lincoln Castle, Castle square, Lincoln Cathedral, Museum of Lincolnshire life, The Collection, Ellis Mill, Steep Hill, The Bail gate, Usher Gallery, Jew's House, Jew's Court, Magna Carta exhibition centre. Nearest Railway Station: Lincoln Central (0.9 Miles) Nearest Airport: East Midlands (57 Miles)By Car From the NorthLeave the A1 at Markham Moor and take the A57 towards Lincoln. Turn left onto the A46 Ring Road North and turn right at the next roundabout onto the B1226, Riseholme Road. Go across the next roundabout onto Newport. After about 14 mile turn right into Rasen Lane, opposite the Newport Fish and Chip Shop and Radio Lincolnshire. Take the first right off Rasen Lane into Hereward Street. We are the first house on the left.From the SouthLeave the A1 at Newark and take the A46 towards Lincoln. On reaching the outskirts of Lincoln turn left at the large roundabout, still following the A46. Continue along the A46 across three roundabouts. At the fourth roundabout turn right onto the B1226, Riseholme Road. Go across the next roundabout onto Newport.
